Job Title – International Program Manager

Responsible for managing the cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of a program through all phases from inception to completion. Directing the preparation of moderate to large size proposals, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budget and financial terms/conditions of a contract. Ensures that all manpower such as engineering, manpower, production and facilities are available to support the program. Works with dealer/customers to determine needs, requirements and new business opportunities. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Support the pursuit of the division’s orders and revenue targets.
Up to 20% international travel to the Iraq region as needed.

Preferred Additional Skills:
- Master’s degree, MBA.
- PMP Certificate.
- Minimum 6 years full life cycle program management experience.
- Minimum 4 years experience in operations.
- Minimum 3 years of international experience.
- Minimum 3 years direct customer interface experience.
- Experience working with international proposal efforts, trade finance and shipping.
- Knowledge of tactical communications.
- Defense industry experience.
- Knowledge of Tactical communications.
- Knowledge of Logistics.
- Experience working with international customers.
- Experience managing sub contracts and contracts.
- Experience with FMS (Foreign Military Sales) and ITAR-(International Traffic and Arms Regulation).
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
